Returns and Refunds

Returns and Exchanges – Standard Units
Return Policy:
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.
A 7% restocking fee will apply to all returned items.
Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
All packages must be fully insured by the carrier against loss or damage. If we do not receive your return, you will need to settle directly with the shipping carrier.
Exchange Policy:
Exchanges are allowed within 30 days of purchase.
No restocking fee applies to exchanges.
Buyer pays for shipping both ways.
To Return an Item:
Email Sales1@Sharpertek.com to request return authorization.
We will provide instructions on how to return the product.
Do not send any items without prior email consent — unauthorized returns will be refused and returned at the buyer’s expense.
Refund Eligibility:
Refunds are only available within 15 days of the purchase date.
Refunds must be accompanied by the original receipt and all original packaging and contents.
Custom-Made Items:
Items that are custom-made—including but not limited to horns, jigs, and custom equipment—are not eligible for return or exchange.
Order cancellations for custom equipment may be accepted on a case-by-case basis and may incur reasonable charges for any costs already incurred (e.g., materials, labor, engineering time).
